The Samagra Samajik Suraksha Vridhavastha Pension Yojana is an initiative by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment of Madhya Pradesh to provide social security to elderly destitute people who cannot support themselves. This scheme ensures that senior citizens who are in need receive a monthly pension to help them live with dignity.

Eligibility:
- The applicant must be a native of Madhya Pradesh.
- The applicant must be over 60 years of age.
- The applicant’s name should be listed on the Samagra portal.
Application Process:
Offline:
- Applicants can apply using the prescribed format and submit the necessary documents either to the designated officer’s office, Gram Panchayat, or Public Service Center.
- Upon submission, the applicant will receive an acknowledgment from the office.
- The documents will be scrutinized by the District Panchayat, Gram Panchayat, Urban Body, or Ward Office.
- If the documents are incorrect, the application will be rejected, and the applicant will receive a written explanation.
- If the documents are correct, the pension will be approved according to the rules.
- Once approved, the beneficiary’s name will be added to the pension proposal for the current month, and the approved order will be recorded.
- The monthly pension will be directly deposited into the beneficiary’s bank account starting from the approval month.
